Dog Photography at the North Texas Irish Festival | Dallas Texas
What is it?
Head on out to see my dog photography at the North Texas Irish Festival in Dallas Texas! The theme this year is “Erin Go Bark” and there will be a building full of pet related services and dog rescues. It’s being held at Fair Park in Dallas.
I am really excited. I love anything dog (and pet!) related so to go to this event would be fun anyway. But to be able to share my love photography and talk about my business is going to make it even better!
The event is pet friendly, so you can bring your dog out there too! There will be a lot of different vendors I hear such as dog trainers and dog products. This is on top of the other interesting Irish festival activities.
Honestly, I have never been to an Irish festival so this will be something new for me! I am part Irish on both sides and my dad’s side very proudly embraces our Irish heritage. So I am sure my Nanny and Papa would be proud that I am going to this. Also, my dad’s cousin is an accomplished Irish dancer (she even toured with Riverdance) and runs a Irish dance school now. So this will be interesting to go out and see. Although, I probably won’t get to see much because I hope to be busy! :)
What to Expect
Plus the weather is supposed to be nice and in the 70s today and tomorrow. Sunday is a different story… temperatures will be dropping below freezing… that’s Texas for you.
Anyway, I believe they have me at booth 18 in the Grand Building for those who might make it out there. Be sure to stop by and check out all the awesome stuff I have planned, including a raffle for a free mini session and a $30 print credit for those who sign up this weekend for a session sometime in the next few months. I know the weather and the scenery isn’t great right now, but it WILL be soon!!
I have all sorts of turquoise, lace, and burlap decorations (my business colors and materials)… I am so excited to set them up! The festival begins tonight (Friday) and goes through Sunday.
