Pet Photo Shoot and Overnight Stay at Texas Pet Friendly Bed and Breakfast

I’m thrilled to announce a partnership with a wonderful Victorian bed and breakfast in North Texas. Granny Lou’s Bed and Breakfast is pet friendly and located on nearly six acres. It’s a picturesque location and of course, perfect for photos!

I have been working with Jenn, the owner and innkeeper, at GL’s since the spring when I took photos of Jenn with her handsome chocolate lab, Sterling. (More on that in another post)

Then Jenn and hosted “Sterling’s Birthday Party” a fundraiser for Texoma SPCA. It was a big success! And along the way Jenn and I have become friends and just knew our two businesses would be a great combination.

About Granny Lou’s

Granny Lou’s is on beautifully maintained property that has all the charm of a Victorian home but all the modern amenities. There are several lodging options on the property but my favorites are the suites in the main house. Each suite has a private bathroom and plenty of space.

The property is great for a photo session. There are lots of trees, an open field, a historic barn, beautiful flower gardens… nearly everything we could want for an outdoor country photo shoot.

Jenn is great with animals and encourages her guests to bring their dogs. It’s hard to go away without them… I know this all too well. But luckily, when you stay at Granny Lou’s you don’t have to!

This is perfect for those in Dallas and North Texas who want a weekend getaway. Granny Lou’s is just about an hour north of Dallas, which is a big plus. Jenn cooks these amazing breakfasts for her guest and I am always jealous when she tells me what’s on the menu!
